"My husband & I recently fulfilled our intention of buying a home in the highly sought after, extremely challenging, “seller is king” Burbank market! Inventory is consistently low, & bidding amounts for just about every structure standing on ‘4 pillars’ are ridiculous! There are 2 things, we would personally advise every serious house hunter to be armed with. The 1st is a very well informed; very reliable; & VERY patient real estate agent. He always made sure to answer everything honestly from our point of view, no matter how cumbersome the process; & was never pushy; impatient; or unenthusiastic. He’s also always on top of things; plus has a rich data bank of all kinds of resources one needs during/ post the purchase. We chose not just our lending agent, but also our painters (post purchase) through his reference & were very happy in both choices. "Steve Roman helped us find a new home, at the same time made our old home ready to sell. I would give him six stars if I could. I have been more than a little overwhelmed by this process, and Steve made it possible. There was a lot of work to do, and my wife and I had very little time or energy, but Steve stepped in and handled ALL of the logistics. Not only did he provide recommendations for contractors to do the work we needed, but the personally took care of small things around the house (new fixtures, cabinet repairs, etc.) AND he spent several days managing the contractors to ensure that the work was done to his standard. If you have the impression that Real Estate Agents don’t work hard or provide sufficient value to earn their commissions, then you should meet Steve. He has MORE than earned his commission for us. "
